Thrust cylindrical roller bearing is composed of washer-shaped raceway ring (shaft washer, seat washer), cylindrical roller and cage assembly. Cylindrical rollers are processed with convex surfaces, so the pressure distribution between the rollers and the raceway surface is even. This kind of bearing is a separate structure, which can be installed separately for the shaft ring, seat ring, and rolling element components. It is not allowed to tilt the axis of the shaft and the housing during installation. It is used at low speed and can withstand one-way axial load without restricting the radial direction. Tolerance

The tolerance of ZWZ thrust cylindrical roller bearings is implemented in accordance with GB/T 307.4. ZWZ can provide products of general grade, 6, 5, and 4 grade.

Cage

ZWZ thrust cylindrical roller bearings mostly use brass solid cages and turning solid cages.

When the outer diameter of the bearing D ≤ 500mm, a solid brass cage is used, and the code behind the cage is not marked.

When the outer diameter of the bearing D>500mm, a solid steel cage is used. The rear code of the cage is not marked, and the other marks have corresponding rear codes.

YB2  Bearing size and tolerance requirements change.
