3. Spherical Roller Thrust Bearings

 

Thrust spherical roller bearings are the same as spherical roller bearings. The raceway surface of the race is a spherical surface centered on the same point on the central axis of the bearing. The rollers of this type of bearing are spherical, so it has the function of self-aligning. , It is not very sensitive to coaxiality and shaft deflection. This type of bearing has a very large axial load capacity. It can also bear a number of radial loads while bearing axial loads, but the radial load must not exceed 55% of the axial load. This type of bearing is mainly used in hydroelectric generators, vertical motors, ship propeller shafts, tower cranes, extruders, etc.

ZWZ can provide products of general grade, 6, 5, and 4 grade.

 

Cage

The cage generally adopts brass solid frame and stamping frame. When the brass solid cage is used, the rear code of the cage is not marked, and the other marks are corresponding to the rear code.

P=Fa+1.2Fr

 

Equivalent static load

P0=Fa+2.7Fr

 

This type of bearing is mainly used in oil drilling rigs, iron and steel making machinery.

/HCOR means that the outer ring and rolling elements are made of carburized steel

 

J  Steel plate stamping cage, additional number difference when the material changes

 

M  Brass solid cage

 

P5  Tolerance level meets the standard level 5

 

P4  Tolerance level conforms to the 4 level specified by the standard

 

S1  Bearing ring has been subjected to high temperature tempering treatment, the working temperature can reach 200℃

 

SP  Ultra-precision level, dimensional tolerance is equivalent to level 5, rotation accuracy is equivalent to level 4

 

TN1  Nylon
