3. Spherical Roller Thrust Bearings
Thrust spherical roller bearings are the same as spherical roller bearings. The raceway surface of the race is a spherical surface centered on the same point on the central axis of the bearing. The rollers of this type of bearing are spherical, so it has the function of self-aligning. , It is not very sensitive to coaxiality and shaft deflection. This type of bearing has a very large axial load capacity. It can also bear a number of radial loads while bearing axial loads, but the radial load must not exceed 55% of the axial load. This type of bearing is mainly used in hydroelectric generators, vertical motors, ship propeller shafts, tower cranes, extruders, etc.

Cage
The cage generally adopts brass solid frame and stamping frame. When the brass solid cage is used, the rear code of the cage is not marked, and the other marks are corresponding to the rear code.

S1 Bearing ring has been subjected to high temperature tempering treatment, the working temperature can reach 200℃
SP Ultra-precision level, dimensional tolerance is equivalent to level 5, rotation accuracy is equivalent to level 4
