SPHERICAL ROLLER BEARINGS

Spherical Roller Bearings

SRB have two rows of spherical rollers, the outer ring has a common concave spherical raceway, the inner ring has two concave raceways that are inclined at an angle to the bearing axis, the curvature center of the outer ring raceway is the same as the bearing center. Spherical roller bearings are self-aligning and are not affected by misalignment of the shaft and bearing box or deflection of the shaft, and can compensate for the resulting concentricity errors. In addition to bearing radial load, this type of bearing can also bear two-way axial load and its combined load. It has a large bearing capacity and good vibration and impact resistance. Spherical roller bearings are mainly used in various mechanical equipment in steel, mining, papermaking, shipbuilding, textile machinery, coal mills, electric power and other industries. They are the most widely used type of bearings in the machinery industry.

Tolerance

The accuracy of ZWZ SRB has ordinary and 6 grades. For users with special requirements, products of Grade 5 can also be processed, and the tolerance is in line with GB/T 307.1.

Radial internal clearance

ZWZ SRB have 2, normal (N), 3, 4 and 5 groups of internal clearance, which are all in line with GB/T 4604.1. Tapered hole spherical roller bearings use 3 groups of clearances as the standard clearance. Bearings larger or smaller than the standard value of clearance can also be produced according to user requirements.

Vibrating machinery bearings need to use a larger radial clearance, 3, 4 groups or non-standard clearance between 3~4.

SRB for vibrating screens have 4 groups of clearances.

Cage

For CA-type SRB, the cage generally uses solid cages such as brass, bronze or carbon steel, and for C-type spherical roller bearings, the cage generally uses steel stamping cages. For bearings with non-standard structure cages, please contact ZWZ in advance.

Equivalent dynamic load

When Fa/Fr≤e,

P=Fr+Y1 Fa

When Fa/Fr>e,

Pr=0.67Fr+Y2 Fa

The values of e, Y1 and Y2 can be found in the bearing dimension table.

Equivalent static load

P0=Fr+Y0Fa

The values of e, Y0 can be found in the bearing dimension table.
