Deep Groove Ball Bearings
Deep Groove Ball Bearings are composed of four basic parts, including inner ring, outer ring, steel ball and cage. Under normal operating conditions, the inner raceway, the outer raceway and the steel balls bear the load, and the cage separates the steel balls and maintains stability. Single-row radial Deep Groove Ball Bearings have simple structure with no separation of inner rings and outer rings, that is easy to use. Deep Groove Ball Bearings are the most widely used type of bearings in the machinery industry with a wide range of applications such as precision instrument, low-noise motor, automobile, motorcycle, woodworking machinery, textile machinery, mining machinery, electromechanical equipment, and plastic machinery, office equipment, medical equipment, fitness machinery, national defense industry, aviation, aerospace and sports equipment, general machinery and so on
Deep Groove Ball Bearings are mainly used to bear radial load, but can also bear a certain amount of axial load. When increasing the radial clearance of the bearing, it has the properties of a radial thrust bearing and can withstand larger axial loads. This type of bearing can limit axial movement in two directions. According to the size of the clearance, the inner and outer rings are allowed to be relatively inclined by 8′ to 16′. In addition, since the friction torque of Deep Groove Ball Bearings is smaller than that of other types of bearings, Deep Groove Ball Bearings are more suitable for high-speed operating conditions
Product category
The Deep Groove Ball Bearings currently produced by ZWZ can be roughly divided into the following structural types
Single-row Deep Groove Ball Bearings
Single-row Deep Groove Ball Bearings with shield
Single-row Deep Groove Ball Bearings with seals
The single-row Deep Groove Ball Bearings with snap groove and snap ring

· Single-row Deep Groove Ball Bearings
Fold-
Generally, this type of bearing can be used in parts that have no special requirements for installation, sealing, and matching, and is suitable for high-speed and ultra-high-speed operations
· Single-row Deep Groove Ball Bearings with shield
This type of bearing can be used in such applications of difficult lubrication and lubrication inspection as well as special conditions. There is a gap between the shield and the inner ring. Bearings with shield on both sides have been filled with proper
· Single-row Deep Groove Ball Bearings with seals
The seals generally use steel-frame rubber seals. According to the contact form of the seals and rib of the inner ring, seals can be divided into contact seals and non-contact seals. For the non-contact sealed bearing, it can operate at the same rotationa
· The single-row Deep Groove Ball Bearings with snap groove and snap ring
The single-row Deep Groove Ball Bearings with snap groove and snap ring on the outer ring can use the snap ring for axial positioning, which simplifies the installation and positioning of the bearing in the housing
· full balls
w/ filling notch
· Extended IR with seal(s)
Tolerance
The tolerance class of the standard Deep Groove Ball Bearings is in accodance with GB/T 307.1 and ISO 492
Radial clearance
The standard Deep Groove Ball Bearings have internal clearances of 2, standard (N), 3, 4 and 5 class, all of which comply with GB/T 4604.1. Bearings with internal clearance greater than or less than the standard value can be customized according to user requirements
Cage
Deep Groove Ball Bearings generally use nylon cages (containing glass fiber), stamped steel cages and solid brass cages. When the nylon cage is adopted, the suffix shall be added to the bearing. When the outer diameter is less than 400 mm, the stamped steel cage shall be used without the suffix. When the outer diameter is greater than 400 mm, the solid brass cage shall be often used without the suffix
Allowable angle error
Deep Groove Ball Bearings allow the relative tilting angle error of the inner ring and outer ring. According to the radial clearance, the list is as follows

Operating temperature
For Deep Groove Ball Bearings, the operating temperature must not exceed 120℃, and shall also be affected by lubricants. If the actual operating temperature exceeds 120℃, please call for advice
